Saturday September 19, 2009 saw thousands converge on Fraser River Heritage Park to join in this the10th annual celebration, culminating in a festival of lanterns and light known as Illuminaria Lantern Festival. Organized by the Mission Association for Community Living (MACL), this joyful gathering celebrates the spirit of community living and the message that everyone belongs.
